PLEASE, I need help....On January 8, 2017 at about 12:30 am, on our way home from Moncton NB, we were hit by someone driving a white pickup truck on Highway 1 in St. John, NB between exits 120 and 119 heading towards St. Stephen. The truck came up behind us, with no lights on, hit the back and passenger side of my car (the truck was driving in the breakdown lane) and sped off without stopping. Luckily, we are ok and was able to get off at exit 119 and call the police and then able to get a motel room for the rest of the night. The white pickup truck most likely has damage to their front driver's side and probably has a missing headlight. If you could please share this in the hopes that someone will come forward I would greatly appreciate it. If anyone knows who might have done this please either contact the St. John, NB police at 506-648-3333 or call me at 207 214-9365.
Still no leads on the driver of the truck that hit me. Please, somebody must notice that their neighbor, co-worker, or a truck in a parking lot that has damage to the drivers side bumper and mirror. Please do the right thing and either call me or the St. John's police department at the numbers below. My car is at the repair shop and the preliminary quote is near $7,000. I do have insurance, but the person who hit me should be the one to pay. Thanks for any help.
